He was booked into the Grand County jail and charged with five felonies and at least one misdemeanor. Leeper was charged with vehicle theft, a second degree felony, evading, felony discharge of a firearm, felony possession of a handgun and aggravated assault, all third degree felonies, according to information from the sheriff's office.
