Bail was set at $5,000 on the new charges, with conditions barring contact with the neighbor and barring him from several 7 Eleven stores where he allegedly used the stolen debit card.
Police prosecutor Carissa Pelletier successfully sought $5,000 cash/surety bail for Nault, saying he has previous convictions for breach of bail and assault of the same person. Conditions bar contact with his ex wife, bar him from her residence and bar any use of alcohol.
